Almond Dessert (Badam ka Halwa)

2 Tablespoon Clarified Butter

½ Bowl Almond (crushed)

2-3 Almonds Small Pieces

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Cup Milk

½ Tablespoon Cardamom Powder


Cook clarified butter for 2-3 minutes and then add crushed almonds in it.Fry almond powder till it turns brown.

Add some clarified butter again. Fry for 2-3 minutes and milk. Keep on mixing the mixture.

Now add sugar, cardamom seeds and continue mixing it properly. After 3-4 minutes it will become thick.

Server as sweet.

Serves – 1-2 persons.
