Amaranth Curry (Rajgira ki Kadhi)

4-5 Tablespoon Amaranth Flour

1 Glass Batter Milk

1 Small Piece of Jaggery

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

1 Clove

1-2 Dry Red Chilli Pieces

3-4 Small Ginger Pieces

5-7 Curry Leaves

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

4-5 Coriander leaves

2 Tablespoon Clarified Butter

Method

Cook clarified butter in a pot. Meanwhile butter is cooking, mix amaranth flour in batter milk and mix properly. Now mix jaggery, salt, turmeric powder.

In butter, fry cumin seeds, clove and dry red chilies. After 4-5 minutes, add amaranth mixed batter milk. Now boil for few minutes, then add curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger pieces in it.

After few minutes serve it.

Serves – 1-2 Persons
