Amaranth Dessert (Rajgira ka Halwa)

1 Bowl Amaranth Flour

2 Tablespoon Sugar

½ Bowl Clarified Butter

½ Bowl Milk

4-5 Cashew

4-5 Raisin

4-5 Pistachio


Cook half clarified butter in a pot and add amaranth in it. Mix it properly in low flame for 5 minutes.

Now mix milk and sugar in it. MIx them for few minutes in low flame.

Serve as sweet after spreading broken cashew, raisin and pistachio pieces.

Serves – 1-2 Persons.
