Amaranth Paratha (Rajgira Paratha )

1 Bowl Rajgira

1 Small Piece of Ginger

Coriander Leaves

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

3-4 Tablespoon Oil

1 Banana

1 Lemon



Make paste of Coriander leaves, lemon and tiny 4-5 ginger pieces


Mix gram flour in a plate with small pieces of banana,  red chilli powder, salt and paste of ginger-lemon-coriander.

Now mix all properly, use water to make dough. Don’t use oil.

Divide small balls from dough, dip ball in amaranth flour and give shape like chapati. Now, fry it in pan like paratha, use clarified butter to fry it on pan.

Fry from both side properly.

Serve with what suits your taste
