100 gm Amaranth Flour
1 Banana (Small Pieces)
1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
Mix amaranth flour in a plate with banana pieces, red chilli powder and salt. Now make a dough to fry small chapatis.
Now, cook oil in a pot. While oil is cooking, divide dough into small balls. Now, flatten them with the help of rolling pin. Give them size bit smaller than chapati.
Now, fry it in oil one by one. It will turn to brown colour. When they are fried properly, take them out in a plate.
Serve with what suits your taste.
