Banana Curry (Kele ki Sabji)

2 Bananas (cut in small pieces)

Curry Leaves

2 Tomatoes

2 Dry Red Chillies

1 Green Chilli

1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon Black Cumin Seeds

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder

1 Tablespoon Sugar

½ Tablespoon Asafoetida

Edible Oil

Salt

Method

Cook oil properly in a pot, then add mustard seeds, asafoetida, black cumin seeds. After 30 sec, add green chilli pieces, red chilli pieces and cumin seeds and tomatoes followed by banana pieces and curry leaves.

After that add from above, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar, salt and water ½ glass  then  mix it properly for 5 minute.

Serves with what suits your taste.

Serves – 1-2 persons
