Banana Yogurt Side Dish (Dahi Kela Raita)

1 Banana

2 Bowl Yogurt/Curd

1 Green Chilli (tiny pieces)

1 Ginger (tiny pieces 4-5)

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder

1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon Black Cumin Seeds

Method

Cut banana in a pot in small pieces, then add 4 tablespoon yogurt, pinch salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, ginger and green chilli pieces.

Now, place mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a flat surface and grind them with the help of rolling pin. Crushing them will mex them properly. Don’t make powder. Now add them in the yogurt with banana.

Mix them properly.

Serve with what suits you best.

Recommended – Chapati, Paratha

Serves – 1-2 persons
