Bitter Gourd Pickle (Karele ka Achar)

1 Bitter Gourd (tiny pieces)

1 Red Chilli Powder

½ Small Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

Edible Oil

Salt

Method

Take pieces of the bitter gourd in a plate and mix red chili powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida. Now add few drops of oil in mixture and mix it properly.

Serve as pickle with what suits you best

Serves – 2-3 persons
