1 Bottle Gourd (gratered)
1 Bowl Sugar
1 Small Tablespoon Cardamom Powder
4-5 Crunched Cashew and Almond
Place all the bottle gourd to a pan and mix sugar(no oil or clarified butter).
Leave it to cook for 5-10 minutes and add clarified butter in it. Add cashew and almond.
Serve as a sweet with dinner or lunch.
Serves – 1-2 persons.
