Butter Beans (Val) Curry

1 bowl boiled butter beans.

Edible oil

½ tablespoon asafoetida

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

2 dry red chillies

2 tablespoon coriander powder

1 small tablespoon turmeric powder

½ tablespoon red chilli powder

3-5 Coriander leaves

3-5 Curry leaves

Salt

Method

Cook oil and put finger-tip asafoetida, 1 tablespoon cumin seeds and red chillies in oil.

After waiting for 3-4 minutes put all the butter beans in cooking pot.

Now mix it with coriander and turmeric powder and red chilli powder and add salt as per taste.

Now put coriander leaves and curry leaves in the cooking pot and mix it with others. Now mix them properly.

Cook them for 10 minutes and serve with Chapati or Parathas.
