Cabbage Fry (Patta Gobhi Sabji)

½ Small Cabbage

1 Green Chilli

½ Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

Edible Oil

Salt

Preparation

Cut cabbage in small pieces and wash properly.

Cut green chilli in long pieces.

Method

Cook oil for 3-4 minutes then add cabbage in it.Now, add turmeric powder and mix it. Then close the gas. Close the lid and wait for 3-4 minutes.

Serve with what suits your taste.

Recommended – Chapati, Parata

Serves – 1-2 persons
