Carrot Salad (Gajar ka Salad)

1 Small Carrot

4-5 Coriander Leaves

1 Tomato

1 Small Piece of Ginger

½ Small Tablespoon Black Pepper Powder

Salt

Preparation

Use gartner not make small pieces of carrot. Cut ginger and tomatoes in tiny pieces.

Method

Put carrot in a bowl and add tomatoes, coriander leaves, few tiny pieces of ginger then spread salt and pepper powder.

Serve as salad with any dish. It helps decreasing weight.

Serves – 1-2 Persons
