Chawal Aata Upma (Khichu)

1 Bowl Rice Flour

1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

2 Dry Red Chillies (broken)

4-5 Curry Leaves

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

4-5 Tiny Ginger Pieces

Edible Oil



Cook 2-3 tablespoon oil. When oil is cooked properly, fry mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, curry leaves.

After 1-2 minutes, add 1 glass of water. Then, add salt, turmeric powder (½ small tablespoon).

Now, let it boil for 5-10 minutes. After that, add rice flour, now mix it properly. The mixture will be thick. Keep it mixing or it will not cook properly.

After mixing it for 5-7 minutes, spread coriander leaves. Leave it for 5 minutes coving by lid.

Serve with what suits you best.
