Chickpea Flour Dessert (Sattu ke Laddoo)

1 Bowl of Chickpea Flour

4 Tablespoon Jaggery

1 Bowl Clarified Butter

4-5 Cardamom Seeds

Garnishing (Cashew, Pistachio, Almonds)

Method

Mix jaggery, gram flour and clarified butter in a plate. Mix it properly. Flour will turn into golden brown color. Mix for at least 5-10 minutes.

When it is mixed properly. Take two tablespoon of mixture in hands and make them round. Now add dry fruits on top of laddoo.

Serve it as sweet

Serves – 1-2 Person
