Crispy Fresho Beans (Kurkuti Gawar Fali)

8-10 Dry Fresho Beans

2 Tablespoon Edible Oil

Method

Cook oil in a pot. When it’s fried enough. Fry dry fresho beans in oil. Put fresho beans one by one in oil to fry.

Fry in low flame, so fresho beans will not get burnt.

Now, take out fresho beans from out when they are fried enough in aplate. Spread salt from above as per taste. Serves as snack, or with rice, chapati.

Serves – 1-2 Persons
