2 Fried Green Chilli
½ Tablespoon Turmeric
1 Tablespoon Salt
½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida
1 Small Tablespoon Mustard Seeds
Cut cucumber in long pieces and add turmeric to them along with salt.
Now, put oil to cook on low flame. After oil get enough hot, then put mustard seeds and asafoetida in it.
After 1 minute, stop cooking oil and add the cucumber we prepared, add red chilli powder and mix properly.
Make sure to turn off the flame/induction before putting cucumber in oil.
