1 Bowl Millet Flour
½ Bowl Wheat Flour
½ Bowl Fenugreek leaves
2-3 Tablespoon Oil
1 Green Chilli (small pieces)
Ginger (Tiny Pieces)
Take wheat flour in a plate and add, salt, green chilli, pinch asafoetida and curry leaves.
Mix all properly, and make dough. When, dough is made a small ball of dough and dip it in pearl millet, and give round chapati like shape.
Fry on a pan by help of oil. Spread oil by the help of spoon slowly on both side. Don’t use oil too much. Bake it like chapati now. It will turn to golden brown colour.
Serve with what suits your taste with curry or as snack.
