Drumstick Curry – Sahajan ki Sabji – Saragva ni shing

2-3 Drumstick

2 Potato

1 Small Bowl Gram Flour

1 Tablespoon Sugar

2-3 Dry Red Chillies

2-3 Coriander Leaves

1 Green chilli (small pieces)

14-5 curry leaves

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli

1 Small tablespoon Mustard Seeds

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder

Salt

1 Small Bowl Curd

½ Tablespoon Fenugreek Seeds

Preparation

Cut drumstick in 3-4 pieces and cut vertically. Now, boil drumstick and potatoes in a deep pot.

When potato and drumstick are boiled. Cut potatoes in small pieces

Take gram flour and potato-drumstick in different plates and mix curd in gram flour.

Method

Spread salt in both as per taste followed by turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, sugar, curry leaves and green chilli pieces.

Now cook 2 ½ tablespoon oil. When it’s warm enough, fry mustard seeds, fenugreek, dry red chillies, and drumstick – potatoes. Mix them properly.

Meanwhile, make thick with water, dough of gram flour. When mixing is done, spread all the mix of gram flour on drumsticks. Mix it properly and fry in low flame. Fry till it becomes  golden yellow.

Serve with what suits your tase.

Recommended – Chapati, Rice
