Dry Ginger Powder Sweet (Sunthiyo)

2 Tablespoon Jaggery

1 Bowl Dry Ginger Powder

2 Tablespoon Clarified Butter


Cook 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in a pot on low flame. Add jaggery in clarified butter. Mix jaggery in butter while cooking in low flame.

Now, turn off the flames, and add ginger powder and mix it properly. Now make small balls.

Serve as sweet.

Serves – 1-2 persons
