Fresho Beans Curry – Gawar ki sabji

100gm Fresho Beans

½ Tablespoon Carom Seeds

1 Tablespoon Jaggery

2 Dry Red Chilies

1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

Method

Cook Oil in low flame for 5-7 minutes. Than add, asafoetida, cumin seeds, dry red chilies and fresho beans , after this add ½ glass of water and jaggery.

Now add, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Now mix it properly and boil for 3-5 minutes.

Serves with what suits you best.

Serves – 1-2 persons.
