Fried Ladyfinger (Bhindi Masala)

3-4 Ladyfingers Vegetable

5 Tablespoon Gram Flour

½ Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

½ Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

½ Tablespoon Coriander Powder

1 Tablespoon Garam Masala

½ Glass Edible Oil

Salt

Preparation

Cut lady fingers in 4 pieces, vertically. 

Method

Take ladyfingers in a big plate and add from top, 3-4 tablespoon gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and  3-4 drops of oil.

Now mix them properly and add salt as per taste.

Ladyfingers should be marinated properly now. Cook oil, 4-5 tablespoon drops. When it starts showing smoke fry lady fingers in it.

Fry lady fingers till they become some crispy.

Serve what suits you best.

Serves – 1-2 persons.
