Moraiyo/Samo Khichdi

200 gm Samo

3-4 Dry Red Chillies

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

½ Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

1 Tablespoon Peanuts

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

1 Small Ginger (tiny pieces)

1-2 Boiled Potato

4-5 Curry Leaves

4-5 Coriander Leaves

Preparations

Clean and Rinse Samo with water in a pot.

Method

Cook 2-3 tablespoon oil. When oil cooked, fry cumin seeds. After 1 minute add dry red chillies. Now add 1 glass of water and samo.

Add salt in it, followed by ½ tablespoon turmeric. Now mix them and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame.

After, 10-15 mins khichdi is cooked, now add boiled potato pieces, spread green chilli pieces, spread peanuts, coriander leaves. Mix them all properly.

Serve hot.

Serves – 1-2 persons
