A very tasty carrot sidedish which can be consumed with chapati, puri, thepla or rice. Its very easy & quick to prepare.
Carrots are available all season & this sidedish can be used as a substitute for vegetables. Its easy to prepare, quick & tasty. Loved by all in family
1 carrot (gajar)
2 green chilli
1 tbsp oil
A pinch asephotide (hing)
Salt to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
a.) Grate the carrot
b.) Chop the green chillies & mix with carrot
c.) Add salt & turmeric powder
d.) Heat the oil for 2 minutes
e.) Add asephotide & mustered seeds & switch off the gas
f.) Add the carrot, green chillies mixture to heated oil & stir for 2 minutes
g.) Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rice or roti.
