Garmanu

2 Tablespoon Clarified Butter

1 Tablespoon Jaggery

1 Mango Unripe (small pieces)

1 Bowl Wheat Flour

½ Tablespoon Fennel Seeds

Clove and Cardamom Powder (1)

1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes

Method

Cook clarified butter in low flame. Now add wheat flour and fry it until it turns brown. Now, add cardamom and clove powder, and add 1 glass water.

Now, add jaggery, pieces of unripe mango, coconut flakes and fennel seeds.

Now mix it properly and boil for 5-10 minutes. Now place it to cool.

Serves as drink.

Serves – 1-2 persons.
