1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
3 tsp sugarSalt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds
5-6 dried red chili pieces
Pinch asephitide (hing)
2 tbsp oil1.
5 glass water
1 cup gram flour
1 tbsp coriander leaves
a.) Finely chop all the vegetables
b.) Take a pan & heat oil for 2 minutes
c.) Add mustered, asephotide, red chilli to oil for tampering
d.) Add all finely chopped vegetables to the tampering, add water & cook for 10 minutes
e.) Side by side start preparing for vadi
.f.) Take gram flour & add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt , sugar, oil & water
g.) Mix the mixture of vadi properly by hand & prepare a medium consistency dough
h.) Add vadi to the cooked vegetables when it has some water in it.
i.) Cook this mixture well for 10 more minutes. Add some more water if the vegetables dry
j.) Garnish with coriander leaves.
