Green Chilli Pickle (Mirchi ka Achar)

3-4 Green Chillies

½ Lemon

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

1 Tablespoon Sugar

Edible Oil

Preparation

Cut green chillies vertically in half then cut in two pieces.

Crunch cumin seeds and mustard seeds to make semi powder/crunched

Methos

Spread salt, turmeric powder, sugar, crunched cumin and mustard powder in pieces of green chillies.

Now add asafoetida. Then spread lemon from top and 2-4 drops of oil.

Mix them all properly and serve what suits your taste.

Serves – 2-3 persons
