1 Bowl Dhokla Flour Batter

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon Sugar

3-4 Tiny Ginger Pieces

4-5 Curry Leaves

Fuite Soda

Asafoetida

1 Tablespoon mustard Seeds

2 Dry Red Chillies

Salt

Method

Cook 2 tablespoon oil in a pot. Meanwhile, oil is being cooked, mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, salt, fruit soda in batter.

Now, fry asafoetida, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and dry red chillies. After 2 minutes mix all the fried items into the bowl with batter and mix it properly.

Now, place a pan to cook batter. Now put 2-3 drops of oil on pan, spread it and drop 4-5 drops of batter with tablespoon to make chapati sized round shape. Fry for few minutes then flip to fry from another side.

Serve as snack,

Serves – 1-2 Persons
