Instant Finger Dhokla

1 Bowl Gram Flour

2 Tablespoon Curd

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

½ Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

½ Tablespoon Fenugreek Seeds

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

4-5 Coriander Leaves

4-5 Curry Leaves

1 Tablespoon Sugar

2 Dry Red Chillies

Asafoetida

Method

Mix gram flour in a deep bowl and add curd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, salt. Now mix it properly and make batter(semi thick).

Now, fill it in a bowl.

Now, boil water in deep pot, place a plate above water level and place the bowl on the plate surface.

Now, place a lid on top of the big pot boiling water. Check after 10 minutes.

Cut dhokla in small finger fries shape. Now, fry dhokla. Cook Oil in a deep pot and fry mustard seeds. After 1 minute, fenugreek seeds, pinch asafoetida, dry red chillies and dhokla pieces.

Spread, curry leaves, sugar and green chilli pieces. Cook them in low flame.

Serve with what suits your taste.

Serves – 1-2 Persons
