Jaggery Tamarind Pickle (Imli Gud Chutney)

3-4 Small Jaggery

1 tablespoon Tamarind (dip in water)

1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder

Salt

Method

Put ½ cup of water in apot, when water is boiled, add jaggery and tamarind in water. Mix them properly. Boil them for 10 minutes. Tamarind and jaggery will be mixed in water

Now, add red chilli powder and salt as per taste.

Serve as instant sweet and spicy pickle.

Serve – 2-3 persons
