Jaggery Wheat Dessert(Gud Papdi – Sukhadi)

1 Bowl Wheat Flour

½ Bowl Jaggery

3 Tablespoon Clarified Butter


Cook clarified for a few minutes. Then add flour in it and mix properly. Fry flour is clarified butter till it turns golden brown. Now add few more small pieces of jaggery if needed.

After five minutes of mixing, jaggery will completely dissolve in flour and clarified butter.

Serve as sweet.

Serves – 1-2 persons
