Khichdi Osaman

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

2-3 Tablespoon Edible Oil

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

2 Dry Red Chillies

2 Tomatoes (Tiny Pieces)

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

Jaggery (4-5 pieces)

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

4-5 Curry Leaves

4-5 Coriander Leaves

Salt

Method

Cook oil in a pot and fry red chilli pieces. After 1-2 minutes add tomato pieces in oil.

Now, add 2 glass water, jaggery and leave it to boil properly.  After it boils, spread curry leaves and coriander leaves.

Serve with what suits your taste.

Serves – 1-2 persons
