Lady Finger Vegetable Fried (Bhindi ki Sabji)

3-4 Ladyfingers (chopped in small pieces)

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon Black Cumin Seeds

1 tablespoon Coriander Powder

½ Tablespoon Turmeric

½ Tablespoon Salt

5-6 Tablespoon Edible Oil

½ Tablespoon Asafoetida

½ Tablespoon Mustard seeds

1 Red Chilli

Method

Put 2-3 tablespoon of oil in a pot to cook, after cooking oil properly, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli.

After 1 minute, add lady fingers, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Now mix them properly for 3-4 minutes.

Serve with what suits you best.

Serves – 1-2 persons
