Lemon Pickle – Nimbu ka Achar

3-4 Lemon (small pieces)

4-5 Green Chillies(small pieces)

1-2 Ginger (small pieces)

1 Tablespoon Turmeric



Place lemon, chillies and ginger pieces in a pot. Now add turmeric powder and salt from top.

After that add lemon juice by cutting ½ lemon.

Now, use a dry container to put all the mixture in it. Make sure the container should be dry completely.

Now close the container and place it in direct sunlight for 3 days. After 3 days lemon pickle is ready to serve.

Recommended – Chapati, Paratha.

Serves – 4-5 Persons
