1 Bowl Fenugreek Leaves

1 Small Wheat Flour

1 Small Bowl Gram Flour

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

½ Tablespoon Fenugreek Seeds

½ Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

½ Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

½ Tablespoon Fruit Soda

1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder

4-5 Curry Leaves

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

Method

Mix gram flour and wheat flour ina plate and add pinch fruit salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, 3-4 drops of oil, curd and fenugreek leaves.

Now mix them properly and make a dough.

Now, divide small pieces of dough and shape it like small sausages. Place all the pieces on a plate after layering the plate with oil.

Now, boil water in big deep pot and place dough pieces on a stand above the water level. Cover with lid After 10-15 mins will take to cook.

When pieces are cooled, cut them into small pieces.

To fry it, we have to fry oil again, and when oil is cooked enough.add green chilli in the pieces of muthiya, add sugar and curry leaves and put all the muthiya in oil to fry.

Serve as snack.
