Papaya (Papita) Sambharo

1 Small Papaya (Shredded)

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

Edible Oil

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

Method

Fry mustard seeds and asafoetida in oil for 2-3 minutes, then add shredded papaya, green chilli pieces, in oil.

Now fry for 3-4 minutes in low flame.

Serve what suits your taste

Serves – 1-2 persons
