200gm Pearl Millet
1 Tablespoon Jaggery
4 Tablespoon clarified butter
Mix Bajra with jaggery and 2 t.s clarified butter and make a mixture of it. Mix more jaggery and clarified butter if required. The mixture will come up with brown- yellow-golden colour.
Now take some of the mixture and shape it round with your both hands until it take the shape of ladoo.
Make as much as you want of any size with available mixture we made.
Now serve these laddoo.
