Pearl Millet Chapati Crunch (Bajre ki Roti ka Churma)

1-2 Pearl Millet Chapati

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

1 Small Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

8-9 Pieces of Fenugreek

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

2 Dry red Chillies

4-5 Curry Leaves

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

Edible Oil



Make tiny pieces of the chapati of pearl millet.


Place pieces of chapati in a plate and add turmeric powder and salt. Now, cook 2-3 drop of oil in a pot then fry mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and asafoetida in oil.

After 1-2 minutes, add dry red chilli and chapati pieces, green chilli pieces and curry leaves to fry.

Now mix them properly for 4-5 minutes.

Serve with what suits your taste. It can be served as snack.

Serves – 1-2 persons
