Potato Fritters (Aloo ke Pakode)

4-5 Mashed Potatoes

1 Green Chilli

Few Leaves of Coriander

½ Tablespoon Ginger

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Tablespoon Garam Masala

1 Bowl Gram Flour

½ Small Tablespoon Fruit Soda

Salt

Preparation

Make a paste of ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves.

Make batter of gram flour, red chilli and ½ small tablespoon salt

Method

Mix, paste of ginger chilli and coriander to mashed potatoes and mix properly. Than add red chilli powder, sugar and salt. Mix all properly.

After mixing it, divide into small balls like table tennis ball.

Now, cook oil on low flame. Take earlier made potato balls and dip them in the gram flour batter and then fry the potato balls dip in batter properly in oil.

Fry from all side properly. Fry all the balls.

Serves with what suits you best.
