Puffed Rice Snacks

100gm Puffed Rice

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

4-5 Curry Leaves

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Small Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

1-2 Dry Red Chillies

Salt

Edible Oil

Method

Mix turmeric, curry leaves, sugar and salt in puffed rice and mix properly. Now cook oil on low flame and fry mustard seeds, dry red chilli (small pieces), red chilli powder and asafoetida for 1 minute.

Now, mix all the fried items in the pot filled with puffed rice. Now mix it properly, so all the fried items will mix properly with puffed rice.

Serves as snacks.

Serves – 2-4 persons
