Radish Fried Dish (Mooli )Sambharo

½ Radish (small pieces with leaves)

1 Tablespoon Mustard seeds

1 Dry red Chilli (small pieces)

Edible Oil

Method

Fry mustard in 2 tablespoon oil for 1-2 minutes. Now, add radish and leaves pieces in oil to fry. Make sure to soak maximum water from radish.

Mix it properly. Add, salt as per taste.

Mix it for 5-7 minutes, and serve with what suits you best.

Serves – 1-2 Persons
