2 bowl gram flour
2 Radish with leaves
2 tablespoon rech chilli powder
2 dry red chillies
1 tablespoon sugar powder
1 Small table spoon carom powder
1 small tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
3 tablespoon edible oil
½ small tablespoon Asafoetida
½ tablespoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon coriander (semi crunched)
2 tablespoon salt
Remove leaves from radish and keep aside. Now cut radish into slices small pieces.
Now cut the radish leaves in small pieces. Mix both after adding 1½ tablespoon of salt and keep it aside for a while.
Now, add carom powder(½ ts), cumin powder(1½ ts), turmeric powder (½ ts), red chilli powder (1½ ts), oil (1ts) and sugar powder(1ts) to gram flour and mix it. Make sure not to add water, we don’t need dough. Now keep it aside to add at last.
Now, place pan to heat oil, add 1½ ts oil. After heating oil for few minutes in low flame, fry mustard seeds, Asafoetida in oil and add dry red chillies.
While heating oil with all the ingredients above, put our prepared radish and leaves in pan. (squeeze with both hands to rinse remaining water and keep your hands safe while mixing it with oil).
Now add coriander(1 ts), turmeric powder(½ ts) and the mixture of the gram flour(as per people) to pan. Don’t mix it and don’t use water. Just cover the top with lid.
Now after 5-10 mins remove lid and place the dish to a plate to serve.
