Ridged Gourd Curry (Turai ki Sabji)

1 Ridged Gourd (small pieces)

½ Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

2 Dry Red Chillies

1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder

Salt

Method

Cook oil on a pot and add mustard seeds, red chillies in it. After few minutes add all the gourd in it.

After adding goursd, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and sugar. Now cook on low flame and close by lid, leave it for 5-8 minutes.

If the dish is too dry than add water as per the quantity.

Serve with what suits your taste.
