Sago Dessert (Sabudana kheer)

4-5 Tablespoon sago

2 Tablespoon sugar

2 Tablespoon mixed dry fruits

1 peeled cardamom

1 bowl milk

Method

Boil half glass of water and put sago in it. Let the sago boiled. After getting boiled, sago will look thick.

No, problem if few of the sago are not boiled. When boiling with milk, rest of the sago will be boiled with it.

Now add milk in the pan with sago. Mix them properly and add cardamom and sugar and mix it properly.

Place sweet in serving bowl add some dry fruits from top.

Serves – 1-2 persons
