2 bowl semolina
1 green chilli
Small quantity of ginger in tiny pieces
Red chilli powder
½ Tablespoon coriander powder
Mix 2 ½ cup water in semolina and leave before making uttapam. Mix it properly so we will get good better.
Now, cut tomatoes in small pieces and add green chillies, red chillies, ginger, coriander powder and salt to it and mix properly.
Now put frying pan (tawa) on low flame and when it is heated drop few drops of oil. Now put batter on the pan and flatten it.
Add the mixture from top, we made of tomatoes. Now drop few drops of oil around the batter. After placing tomato mixture, leave it for 1 minute and then flip it and press slowly.
Now again flip and press slowly from top.
Now place it in a plate and serve with what suits your taste.
Recommended – sauce or pickle.
Serves – 2-3 persons.
