Semolina Soft Cake (Suji/Rava Upma)

1 Bowl Semolina

½ Tablespoon Black Cumin Seeds

½ Tablespoon Ginger (small pieces)

1 Tablespoon Gram

3-4 Curre Leaves

1 Tablespoon Sugar

4-5 leaves of Coriander Leaves

1 Lemon


Place oil to cook in a pot in low flame, and after 5-7 minutes, fry cumin seeds, grams. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Now, mix semolina, and mix it for 5-10 minute, than add water(1 ½ glass). Add curry leaves and ginger pieces, salt, lemon, green chillies and mix it properly by keep on boiling.

After few minutes, it will become thick.

Serve it with pickle.

Serves – 1-2 persons.
