Sevai Upma

2 Tablespoon Oil

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

4-5 Curry Leaves

4-5 Coriander Leaves

1 Green Chilli

4-5 Tiny Pieces Ginger

Preparation

Get ready made fried sevai.

Method

Ciik oil for few minutes then add cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger pieces, curry leaves and dry sev.

Mix them properly. After frying for 3-4 minutes add 1 glass of water. Then cover the pot with lid.

Now serves with what suits you best.
