Shepu Dish (Suwa Bhaji)

1 Bowl Shepu Leaves

2-3 Tablespoon Edible oil

2-3 Dry Red Chillies (small pieces)

1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds

½ Small Tablespoon Asafoetida

Salt

Method

Cook oil in a pot. When it’s cooked enough, fry cumin seeds, asafoetida dn pieces of dry red chilli.

Now put all the shepu leaves in oil. Add salt after 1 minute and add ½ glass of water. Cover the pot with lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

Serve with what suits your taste.

Recommended – Chapati, Rice

Serves – 1-2 Persons
