2 Bowl Green Beans (Small pieces)
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds
1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
4-5 Coriander Leaves
½ Tablespoon Jaggery
Cook oil in a pot. When it’s cooked enough, fry mustard seeds, after 1 minute, add red chilli powder, pinch asafoetida.
Now, add all the chawli pieces in oil to fry. Add 4-5 tablespoon water. Now place lid on top of the pot and leave it to cook for 5-7 minutes.
Now, add jaggery, coriander leaves and salt. After 2-3 minutes ass ½ glass of water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with what suits your taste.
