Spicy Chapati Snack (Masala Roti Churma)

2-3 Chapati

1 Green Chilli (small pieces)

2-3 Curry Leaves

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

½ Tablespoon Sugar

½ Tablespoon mustard Seeds

1 Tablespoon Fenugreek

2 Dry Red Chillies

Edible Oil

Salt

Asafoetida

Method

Cook 2 tablespoon oil on deep pot. Meanwhile oil is cooking, make small pieces of chapati.

Now, add salt, turmeric, sugar, green chilli and curry leaves.

Till now, oil has been cooked properly, now fry asafoetida, mustard seeds, dry chillies and fenugreek. Now add chapati pieces and fry them properly. At least for 5-6 minutes.

Serves as snacks,

Serves – 1-2 Persons.
