Spicy Sticks Snack (Teekha Gathiya)

2 Bowl Gram Flour

1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder

½ Small Tablespoon Turmeric

Asafoetida

½ Tablespoon Carom Seeds

Batter Gartner

Edible Oil

Salt

Method

Take gram flour in a pot and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds , pinch asafoetida and salt. Now add water and make a semi thick batter, while making batter add few drops of oil to smoothen it.

Now, put this thick batter in a gartner and fry it for few minutes in low flame until it turns yellow brown.

Serve as snack.

Serves – 1-2 persons
